I have got two tricky questions for you. First, how many of the Polish stamps issued between October 1950 (currency reform) and end of 1959 have got perforation varieties (besides imperfs)? And two, how many different perforation variations are there for each of these stamps? To give you some ballpark, Poland issued 480 stamps in these ten years. Stamp that got me digging further into this question is the above 1954 Polish commemorative. What makes it special is the perforation 11¼ x 11¾ instead of usual 12¼ x 12½. None of the catalogs besides Michel recognize it, and even Michel footnotes in tiny footprint (which is unique).
